CAGT’s 2026 Legislative Day is now open.
Our 2026 annual Legislative Day at the Capitol is now open and ready for applications/registrations! Students will have a unique and informative opportunity to spend a day at the Capitol shadowing a Colorado legislator on the Senate or House floor, attending committee meetings and having lunch with them and their aide(s). Our Legislative Committee is working hard to create a one of a kind experience for 9th-12th grade students who are passionate about issues facing their community, county, and our state and to experience the legislative process firsthand – it will not disappointment!
