CAGT worked to include gifted 9th - 12th grade high school students in concurrent enrollment programs.
CAGT worked for a state-wide mandate for gifted students in Colorado schools.
CAGT worked for a policy which permits Administrative Units to admit Highly Advanced Gifted Children Early Access to kindergarten or first grade.
CAGT worked for language that separates Gifted Education law from Special Education Law.
CAGT worked for an Acceleration Policy encouraging Administrative Units to develop appropriate district-wide policies.
CAGT worked for additional state money for Qualified Personnel at the Administrative Unit/District level.
CAGT worked for additional state money for universal screening for all students by the end of second grade.
CAGT worked for portability for gifted identification across district boundaries.
